What a great experience I had at PPFWERKS. I received a very professional quote, was encouraged to ask questions, and I actually suggested some add ons that they were not pressing me to do but were helpful in evaluating their value. They were also a reasonable quote. Add to this Serena’s smart and friendly guidance and the quick turn around time for my Tesla. I couldn’t be more pleased, I highly encourage you to use PPFWERKS for your car protection. You won’t go wrong doing so.

Buyer beware. Not all PPF wrap installation companies agree on what constitutes a bumper. All three of the competitive companies I contacted for pricing on a "partial Front PPF" would do all parts of the front bumper (not the finned areas of course). PPF Werks Agreement states: "Coverage Includes Full Front Bumper, partial hood (21" up) and headlights. We had an 8:30 appointment. I met two of the Techs and Serena the office person who were all very cordial and the shop was spotless. I asked Serena to show me what parts of my new BMW would be covered and she said that none of the black painted areas were to be included (40% of front bumper?). She said the rectangular black area below the two kidney shaped grills could be covered for an additional $125 but that is only part of the black area. I don't know if this is "Bait and Switch" but it sure rhymes with it. What a shame to conduct business this way. I make all the arrangements, prepay an Uber, and then have to either get shaken down or walk away. This company needs to be more clear on what they will, and will not cover.

They did an amazing job. PPF wrap was nice n clean they went the extra step and even wrapped the honey comb grill. The tints are high quality the ceramic coat TOP NOTCH. They answered all my questions, and I asked to many questions! Highly recommend.

They’ve always done great work. I brought them my brand new 2023 Mustang GT about 3 years ago for PPF, tint, and ceramic coating and it came out looking brand new. Now they just PPF’d my 2026 Honda Civic hatchback for a track styled PPF and the attention to detail is on point. Customer service is great, super easy to work with, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Honestly, they’re the only ones I trust when it comes to protecting my cars and keeping them looking brand new 🙏

I could not be more impressed by Serena and the PPF Werks' team for the work they did on my new 2026 Lexus GX 550 Overtrail Plus. Never had a vehicle wrapped before, but really wanted the benefits and the work done right.. This was a leap of faith for me. I stopped into their shop and the place is immaculately clean. That was inspiring that they care about how that would affect the quality of their finished work. Looks like they run a tight ship. I worked with Serena to set up to completely PPF wrap and ceramic coat the entire truck. She was so patient with me to figure out the technical details of what I wanted. In fact, I had my GX 550 delivered directly to PPF Werks. Serena inspected my GX right off the delivery truck just to make certain it was acceptable. A few days later and ahead of schedule the PPF team let me know my GX 550 was ready. It is gorgeous! I just dropped it off yesterday because PPF Werks insisted that they do a 30 day inspection just to go over there work and see if they needed to address any issues. They even coordinated with Westcott Designs to pick my GX 550 up from their shop for modifications. So, I haven't even seen it since, but I have the
